Paloma Recipe: Tequila, Soda, and a Grapefruit Wheel
How to make a Paloma — Mexico's other great tequila cocktail. Bright, bittersweet, and ready in 90 seconds.
A Paloma is blanco tequila, fresh lime juice, a pinch of salt, and pink grapefruit soda, served tall over ice. It is lighter, longer, and more refreshing than a Margarita.

Ingredients
- 50ml blanco tequila
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- Pinch of sea salt
- Pink grapefruit soda, to top
- 1 Batch & Peel dehydrated pink grapefruit wheel
Method

Build the tequila, lime juice and salt over ice in a tall glass.

Top with chilled pink grapefruit soda and stir briefly.

Slide a dehydrated grapefruit wheel onto the rim.
