We buy fruit from growers and importers we know. Mediterranean citrus picked at peak ripeness, English orchard fruit at the height of its season.

Why we started Batch & Peel.

When we went looking for dehydrated cocktail fruit in the UK, the options were thin. Most wheels were imported, inconsistent, dull in colour and stale in scent. The few decent suppliers charged premium prices for small, slow-shipping pouches. For bartenders building a menu, or anyone who cares how a garnish looks and tastes, it didn't add up.
