Negroni Recipe with a Pink Grapefruit Twist
How to make a Negroni: equal parts gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth, finished with a dehydrated pink grapefruit wheel.
A Negroni is equal parts gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth, stirred over ice and served in a rocks glass. The classic garnish is an orange peel; a dehydrated pink grapefruit wheel softens the bitterness and adds a citrus-forward finish.
