Aperol Spritz Recipe: Prosecco, Aperol, Soda
How to make a proper Aperol Spritz with the 3-2-1 ratio — Prosecco, Aperol, and soda — finished with a dehydrated orange wheel.
An Aperol Spritz is three parts Prosecco, two parts Aperol, and one splash of soda water, built over ice in a large wine glass and garnished with an orange wheel. It should be bittersweet, bubbly, and the colour of a Mediterranean sunset.
